If you're not satisfied with HVAC Invoices Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@hvacinvoices.io
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may offer partial refunds or account credits depending on the circumstances.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- Your account will revert to the Free tier when your subscription ends
- Your data will be retained - you won't lose your clients, invoices, or equipment records
Free Tier
The Free tier is always free. There's nothing to refund since no payment is required.
