By accessing or using HVAC Invoices ("Service"), operated by TOPSOFT ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HVAC Invoices is a web-based invoicing and client management platform designed for HVAC contractors. The Service allows users to create invoices, manage clients, track equipment, and generate PDF documents.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically granted within the first 14 days of a new subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including client information, invoices, and equipment records. We do not claim ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
